Ok, find all your friends who have 6th period lunch and plan an AMBUSH.

When he busts down the door to your cafeteria, get everybody to come out of their hiding spots and have them start shooting. Basically it will end up like the beggining of Robocop 1.

Seriously though, he won't have the guts to do something like that, he just wants more attention.

Beware of "friend told a friend who told a friend who told me stories."

But if you think the threat is serious, you must tell the authorities and let them take him into custody and sort it out.

Think about it this way: If you don't do anything about it and he ends up hurting or killing someone - you will be just as much to blame because you were in a position to act and did NOTHING.

You're talkin' to a guy who owns them. Here in MA you can't even legaly own a TASER. Things have straightend up since the crap went down in Columbined - people wised up. How those kids got those guns is beyond me - A: You must be 20 to purchase ANY kind of firearm B: You must have a FID card signed and regestered C: You must have a clear record and wait 2 weeks to recieve clearance to take home the weapon. Ammo has it's own rules, as well.

If you're getting your info from that crappy Bowling for Columbine movie, you're better off getting your facts from an Etch and Sketch.

I think he means simply taking the gun from home (from his parents, or from his friends parents). It's the sort of thing I could've done a few years ago pretty easily, I had a friend who's dad owned a couple guns, I knew where they were at, it would've been easy to take it and stick it in my backpack one day or something.

You don't have to legally own a gun to get it into a school. I see what you mean as a whole though, it's highly unlikely. I'll bet nothing will come of it. Hell if I freaked out every time I heard someone talking about bringing a firearm to school I'd have lost my hair by now. I heard people talking and whispering about things like that all the time. Never really bothered me, though, because nothing ever happened, and I knew it never would. And if it did.

Woops?

haha.

like everyone else has said, it's highly unlikely that anyone's going to bring a firearm into your school.

but anyway, keep a head up and try not to do anything heroic. people usually get killed that way.

Make some sammiches and hide out in the library - I know I would. Follow the advice about the authorities.

...and bring enough for the hot girl in your class you're gonna "protect".

LOL - at your age the "rumor mill" seems so real (ever play the "telephone game?"). Let us not forget you are basing your fear on 3rd hand information.

besides, where would he get the money to make such a purchase, his parents would kinda notice if a few grand went missing some day...

i really dont see why or how this kid would do such a thing, but try telling that to the kid that made 16 bomb threats to our school and made us make up 2 weeks worth of school

Getting a gun in America is easy if you know the right people.

Knowing the right people is not always easy, though.

More disturbing to me is not the whole "kid brings knife to school," but of the two girls who "suicided," and any possible connection between the two.

Nevertheless, the fact remains--American schools are very safe. Not the *safest*, but safe (read, the Erfurt incident in Germany). And to be perfectly honest, if he does end up bringing a gun to school, and you stood by and remained silent, you have blood on your hands. That doesn't make you culpable for the crime, it just reduces your karma.

That's my bias.

I feel safer here in the US than I would in, say, France at the moment where rioting has been rampant and where I would not have been able to own a firearm. I was in California during the "Rodney King" riots (which was nothing compared to what's going on in France) - the looting and rioting did not overwhealm the residential areas and many of the commercial businesses since many of the private citizens were clearly armed. I'm willing to bet that, if this wasn't the case, the riots would have only gained momentum - like what's happening in France.

If he does start shooting people you can send your pet in as a meatshield then when it gets killed shout "I Will Avenge You!"
That way you can own his ass with health regen and attack speed incease.
Just watch out for traps and AoE.
